We delve into one of our estate planning or estate administration modules, learning the various back stage systems you can incorporate into your practice. This includes an in-depth review of the actual processes used—who is responsible for what, when, where and how.

3. Front Stage

We now learn how that back stage module creates the front stage client experience. You will learn how to adapt processes ranging from client intake to engagement, to creating unique client value into your own practice. We’ll also emphasize the methods your practice can profit from building ongoing relationships as opposed to engaging in once-a-decade transactions.

We’ll review strategies ranging from finding right-fit team members to delegating tasks to what you might economically outsource, freeing you up to do what you do uniquely best. Here we reveal genius marketing tools to attract A+ clients into your conference rooms. You’ll learn how to become the local go-to estate planning expert in your community—the attorney that financial advisors, trust officers and CPAs think of first. You’ll stop wasting money on marketing firms that just don’t “get it”. Tracking tools and a variety of other time-tested methods will be taught and employed.

7. Takeaways

The day closes with creating your own individual action plan to implement what we’ve learned during the day’s sessions into your practice over the course of the next quarter. We will also schedule mid-quarter booster calls to keep you on track until our next quarterly session.
