Craig R. Hersch is a multi-faceted legal professional based in Fort Myers, Florida. He is a Board Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Hersch is not only a principal in his own law firm but also a founding shareholder and original board member of a private trust company.

In terms of innovation, he has developed several trademarked processes in estate planning and administration, including The Family Estate & Legacy Program™, The Estate Settlement Program™, The Advanced Planning Expander™, and The Transitional Event Sequence™. 

Hersch is also an author, having written five books aimed at clients. His articles and work have been published in various professional journals like The Practical Tax Lawyer, Trusts & Estates Magazine, and The Florida Bar Journal. He is a sought-after speaker and has lectured at events sponsored by organizations such as the Florida Bar, the Florida Institute of CPAs, WealthCounsel, and The Estate Planning Councils of Lee & Charlotte Counties. 

He contributes to the industry through his nationally published column on practice development for wealthmanagement.com. He serves as a national practice development expert for Trusts & Estates magazine and WealthCounsel, a software platform used by over 5,000 attorneys. In 2017, he was honored with the Distinguished Author award in the Rising Star category by Trusts & Estates magazine.

Hersch is married to Patti and is the proud father of three daughters: Gabrielle, Courtney, and Madison.
